Every organization has policies, rules, and regulations that members are expected to abide by. MPF is no exception. As members, we are expected to adhere to these guidelines to maintain order, discipline, and the spirit of our calling.
Unrelated Posts/Issues
Members are prohibited from posting political content or engaging in political discussions within the group. Only posts related to MPF missions and objectives are allowed.
Ignorance is Not an Excuse
Members are bound by information released from the national office, state, and LGA command. "I DID NOT KNOW" is unacceptable. Check your messages regularly (early morning or late at night).
Lateness
Attendance to MPF meetings is mandatory. Failure to attend without prior notification may result in discipline/dismissal.
Respect
Junior officers must show respect to senior officers. Maintain a courteous tone in all communications.
Secrecy Maintenance
Sharing sensitive information is prohibited.
Active Participation
Members are encouraged to participate in group discussions, training, and prayer sessions.
No Tribalism / Segregation
Discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
Personal Contact Information
Members' contact information will not be shared without consent.
Solicitation
Promotion of products or services is not allowed.
Month-End Sunday Mission Offering
Members are expected to give as they deem fit to support the military and less privileged as CARE-GIVERS.
Membership ID Cards
Members must renew annually (security check).
Gross Misconduct
Any officer violating these rules will face disciplinary action, including dismissal.
Recruitment / Training
Conducted quarterly with approval from the General Commanding Officer.
Resignation
Write a letter to your senior officer and return MPF properties (ID CARD) to avoid litigation.
Promotion / Appointment
Officers undergo intensive training; rank issuance is determined by Grand Commander (GC) and General Commanding Officer (GCO).
Alertness
Members must be ready to serve whenever called upon.
Assets
Acquired products/items are in MPF's name.
Confidentiality
Officers' weaknesses will not be revealed.
WhatsApp Page
National office will create a page for all CSOs.
Humility
Officers must be humble and ready to serve.
Phone Use
Phones will be submitted during meetings to avoid discipline.
Uniform Procurement
Procurement is strictly under GCO's supervision.
Account Opening
All Commands should open accounts with CSOs, GCO and any other signature.
Alcohol Consumption
Prohibited.
